The Billing Specialist will manage and coordinate the various electronic billing vendors utilized by firm clients and be responsible for the billing of fees and disbursements for legal services.

Some of the duties and responsibilities include:

• Effectively and professionally interact and communicate with attorneys, legal administrative assistants and clients.
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of invoices through various electronic billing systems, sharing responsibility with the department manager and others on the billing team.
• Ensure that prebills have been sent to the appropriate attorney on the first of the month.
• Maintain an organized billing approach and follow up with attorneys when needed.
• Execute complex bills in a timely manner.
• Deliver invoices to clients in multiple fashions (hard copy, email, e-billing).
• Assist other Billing Specialists as needed.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in 3E, Electronic Billing Systems (Legal Tracker, T360, Collaborati, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
